
Panzara Riverfront Development is a holistic river-edge revitalization project extending total 11 km along both banks of the Panzara River. The master plan is organized into 10 distinct zones, each shaped by cultural, spiritual, and recreational themes. Key interventions include the 51 Shaktipeeth precinct, Ashtavinayak Darshan Bridge, sky walk bridge, sacred kunds for Ganpati Visarjan, Varkari Tirth, and dedicated spaces for jogging, yoga like daily public activities. Through integrated landscape design and culturally rooted architecture, the project reimagines the riverfront as a continuous civic, spiritual, and social public realm.
